Cancelations or adjustments to your order must be
made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Shipping/Delivery
We offer shipping Globally! This is another way we
add value to every purchase you make at
Shadow Marketing Group - Marketplace.
Please allow at least 10-15 business days for
shipment of in-stock items and 3-4 weeks for custom
or special orders. To give you the largest selection
and fastest delivery possible, Shadow Marketing Group
merchandise may be shipped to you directly from the
manufacturer.
Customer is responsible for any additional duty, tax
and VAT charges. Transit time will vary with
destination.
Return Policy
Shadow Marketing Group offers only fine quality
merchandise. We will gladly accept returns
within 30 days from receipt of merchandise for manufacturing deffects, Shadow Marketing Group will:
1) issue you a Shadow Marketing Group store credit for up to 100%
of the purchase price, or
2) replace the merchandise, or
3) credit the purchase price to your original
credit card account.
Opened Packages, Futons, Shipping and Handling Charges are not refundable.
All returned merchandise requires a Return
Authorization from Shadow Marketing Group and must be returned
prepaid in the original packaging in resale
condition. Before shipping A Return Authorization Code must be
clearly displayed on each returned box. If
your purchase arrives with shipping damage, please
see "Damaged Shipments" below.
A 75% handling
fee will be deducted from any credits to be issued if the
merchandise is not returned in the original packaging
in resale condition. Please allow two billing cycles
for the credit to appear on your statement.
